Description

Hello.
For sale I have a very neat CRFTER with a 2.0 TDI engine with almost 170 horsepower with a curtain type tarpaulin with a capacity of 8 pallets and a payload of 1100 kg.
It is the twin brother of the MERCEDES SPRINTER.
The car has bedrooms above the cab exported in webasto.
The car is 100% accident-free and has original paint.
It drove mainly on routes from Silesia to Germany and back carrying light loads so it looks and drives like new. Despite its dimensions, it does not have a tachograph and cat "B" is enough to drive. It had a considerate driver who was able to take care of it as his own private car, which can be seen from the interior (no scratches on the plastics, scuffs, burn holes, etc.).
The package holds 8 Euro pallets and the sliding curtains and roof make loading easy.
Now a few words about the engine. Unfortunately, as a result of the failure of the injector after mixing engine oil with diesel fuel, there was damage to the pan.
The repair process in my service was as follows:
- crankshaft polishing;
- block regeneration,
- New main and connecting rod pan from the top price range;
- new oil pump;
- Comprehensive regeneration of the head ( planning, treatment of seats, guides, sealers.)
- new gaskets;
- new head plugs,
- new timing set;
- turbine remanufacturing,
- brand new wrtyskivers
As a result, we recovered 99% of the efficiency of the new engine.
Finally, by the way, the car got a new A/C cooler because it was past its best days.
In the rear suspension, bearings with hubs and axles have been replaced, as well as stabilizer links and cushions.
At the present time, the car does not require any financial expenses.
